Barbecue Rub for Ribs
    (and other meats)
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon ground black
   pepper

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions:

Combine all ingredients.

Fill a spice shaker and liberally coat meats (all sides).

Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit in refrigerator for 2 or more hours.

Grill on covered grill over low heat until meat pulls away from the bone (may take up to several hours depending how low a temperature you can get out of your grill).
Hints:

You can use wood chip (soaked for an hour) to create smoke. This can even be done on a gas grill.
