| Pico de Gallo (Mexican Relish) |
| Ingredients: 8 sprigs cilantro small jalepeno (approximately the size of your thumb) 1/2" slab of purple onion dash or two of garlic powder or a clove or two of garlic 8 firm Roma tomatoes |
| All ingredients are approximate and depend on the size of the ingredients and the tastes of the cook! |
| Directions: 1. Cut ingredients into small pieces; remove stems. 2. Place cilantro, jalepeno, onion and garlic in a food processor and process until small pieces. 3. Add tomatoes and process untill small pieces (to taste). 4. Serve as an accompaniment to beef, chicken, tacos or with crisp tortilla chips, sour cream. |
