Peach Custard Desert
Ingredients:

1 cup flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup butter

3 medium peaches, sliced (or fresh apples, or bag of frozen sliced peaches or apples, thawed)

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 eggs

1 cup light cream
Directions:

1.  Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and baking powder
    in small bowl.

3. Cut in butter using pastry blender until mixture
    resembles fine crumbs.

4. Pat mixture firmly and evenly onto bottom and halfway
    up the sides of an ungreased 8x8x2 pan.

5. Spread peaches evenly on crust.

6. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over
    peaches.

Suggestion: If you have enough fruit to make 2 layers, divide the sugar mix in half and alternate sugar and fruit.

7. Bake 15 minutes.

8. Wisk eggs and cream until well mixed. Pour over
    peaches.

9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is set and edges
    are light brown.

10. Serve warm.

Store covered in the refrigerator.
