Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:

1 can peaches or 2 cups fresh peaches

6 tablespoons butter

1 cup milk or fruit juice (use juice from drained
   peaches and add enough milk for 1 cup total)

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup cornmeal

2/3 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Melt butter in baking dish.

3. Combine dry ingredients.

4. Add fruit 9if fresh fruit is used, add an extra 1/2 cup
    sugar.)

5. Stir all ingredients together and pour into baking dish
    on top of melted butter.

6. Bake for 45 minutes.
