Kielbasa
Ingredients:

6 lbs. beef and pork

3 tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon fresh marjoram

3 small cloves garlic

1 tablespoon pepper

1/2 cup warm water

Sausage casings
Directions:

1. Grind meat coarsely.

2. Add seasonings and water. Mix well.

3. Stuff into sausage casings.

4. Boil for 1 hour.
