| Jerk Chicken or Pork |
| Ingredients: 3 Tablespoons Jerk seasoning 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup ketchup 1 - 1 1/2 lb.meat (cooked or uncooked boneless chicken breast, thigh or pork) 6 rolls |
| Directions: 1. Combine seasoning with broth and ketchup. 2. Place meat in crock pot and pour seasoning mix over meat. 3. Cook, covered, on low heat for 6 to 8 hours for uncooked meat and 4 hours for cooked meat. 4. Using 2 forks, pull appart meat into shreds and mix with liquid. 5. Spoon onto buns. |
