| Grilled Shrimp |
| Ingredients: 1+1/2 lb. raw, unpealed shrimp 2/3 cup white wine 2 teaspoons hot sauce 1+1/2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/3 cup lemon juice |
| Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Marinate for 2 - 3 hours in the refrigerator. 3. Remove shrimp from the marinade and place in a grill basket or other grill appliance with small holes. 4. Grill over high heat, stirring, turning or shaking frequently for 8 - 10 minutes until no longer thanslucent. 5. Peal and eat. Can be served hot or chilled. |
