Creamy Mushrooms
Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. sliced green onion

1 lb. sliced crimi mushrooms

8 oz. shitake mushrooms, stems removed, sliced

8 oz small button mushrooms

1 tsp. minced garlic

1/4 c. dry white wine

1 c. heavy cream

2 tsp. flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Saute onion approximately 2 minutes.

3. Add  mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft
    and liquid evaporates, approximately 5 minutes..

3. Add garlic and wine and cook 1 minute.

4. Wisk cream and flour until smooth. Add to skillet
    with seasonings. Bring to a boil.

5. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until sauce
    thickens.
A side dish that serves 12.
