Chicken Stew
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. boneless thighs

carrots - small bag of baby carrots or 4 carrots

2 ribs celery

1/4 - 1/2  small onion

8 c. water

1/4 c. lemon juice

1/2 c. white wine

ground black pepper

garlic powder

paprika

ground celery seed

parsley flakes

couple of dashes of hot sauce

1 c. uncooked rice
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot.

Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 - 8 on low.
