Cashew Sauce for Green Beans
Ingredients for Sauce:

1 cup chopped honey roasted (and salted) cashews

1 stick butter

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Directions:

1. Melt butter in a small skilllet.

2. Add cashews and saute, stirring frequently, until
    lightly browned.

2. Stir in honey and mustard.


Add a small amount as sauce to cooked green beans.

The rest can be stored in the refrigerator in an air tight container for several weeks. (I've kept the stuff around for months and it hasn't gone bad.)
