Breaded Pork Chops
Ingredients:

unseasoned bread crumbs

4 bone-in pork chops

ground rosemary

garlic powder

ground pepper

1 egg

1/4 c water
Directions:

1. Combine bread cumbs and seasonings to taste in a shallow dish.

2. Whip egg with water.

3. Rinse chops and dip into crumb mixture and turn to coat completely.

4. Dip into egg mixture and re-dip into crumb mixture.

5. Place on a rack in a shallow baking dish.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes until meat closest to bone is no
    longer pink.
The secret to a nice thick crust is the double dip!
