Apple Jelly Spread
Ingredients:

16 - 18 oz apple jelly or apricot jelly or pinapple preserves

2 oz dry mustard

5 oz horseraddish

1 Tbsp. cracked pepper

8 oz. brick cream cheese

crackers
Directions:

1. Mix jelly. mustard, horseraddish and cracked
    pepper.

2. Place cream cheese (unwrapped) on a plate.

3. Pour mixture over cream cheese.

Serve with crackers.
This mixture sounds crazy but it becomes a nice combination of sweet, creamy and zippy!
