| This Gudbrandsdal piece was designed to be put on a scissor holder. While the background looks black on the computer screen, it is in reality painted on a black-gree background. The palette was quite simple, but I used colors that I usually don't paint with. The over strokes on the scrolls were painted with a metallic gold - it gives it such a rich look. |
