James Fisher
Photo by Reggie Law James Fisher is currently a student at the University of Tennessee Knoxville studying Theater and History. James received a degree in Computer Science in 1990, and for fifteen years he has been writing programs for the hospitality industry. When asked, "Why Theater?" he responded, “ I want a new career in something I love; History and Theater have always consumed my passion.” While perusing his theater degree, James has been seen as Barnett Lloyd in Crimes of the Heart and Dr. Douglas in Miss Evers’ Boys at the University of Tennessee. The Oak Ridge Playhouse has also afforded James time on the stage appearing in a production of Meet Me in St. Louis and as Assistant Stage Manager in the Playhouse production of The King and I.
