Wheat Salad

Take 1 1/2 cups of wheat. Clean well. Soak for 5 hours in cold water. Drain. Put wheat in slow cooker and fill with water. Cook on low heat for six hours. Add more water if necessary. Drain, rinse really good. Set in fridge. Whip a large package of cream cheese and a small can of well drained crushed pineapple and 2 tsp. of lemon juice. Add a large box of vanilla instant pudding, add the wheat. Just before serving add a large container of cool whip. Enjoy
