Chocolate Shortbread 1 cup soft butter 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup icing sugar few grains of salt 1/3 cup of cocoa Cream butter till light and fluffy. Add flour, salt, cocoa and icing sugar. Blend well. Chill for 30 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork and bake at 300 degrees 20 to 25 mins |
