Chocolate Fudge


1 pkg (350 gr-1 1/2) chocolate chips
I can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups icing sugar
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

In heavy saucepan, over low heat melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in wax paper lined 8" pan and chill 2 to 3 hours until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board and cut into squares. Store loosely at room temperature.
Makes about 2 pounds
