| Caramel corn 15 cups popcorn 1 cup peanuts 1/4 cup rogers golden syrup 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup of margarine or butter 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda Melt butter Add all but baking soda boil 5 min stirring occasionally. Don't burn it. Remove from stove and add soda. Mix in the popcorn and nuts til well coated. Put in 200 degree oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 min. Luscious |
