Broken  Glass  Dessert

24 graham crackers
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup brown sugar

                                                                                
Combine  these  three ingredients  and press in a
9X13  pan.  Save a few crumbs  for  the  top
1  pkg each  of  lemon,  lime, and strawberry  jello
Dissolve  each separately  in 1 1/2  cups  boiling
water, and pour  into separate  cake  tins  ( so  you  have
shallow  layers. Let stand  until  firm Dissolve  one envelope  plain  gelatin  in 1/2 cup  cold  water and  1  cup  hot  pineapple  juice  and  stir,,,Cool but  do  not  let  set.
1 1/2  cups  whipping  cream
1/2  cup  white  sugar
1 teaspoon  vanilla
Whip cream, add sugar  and vanilla. Fold  in  pineapple  mixture  into  whipped  cream.Cut  jello  into squares, mix  up colours  and fold  into  whipped  cream  mixture..Pour  over  crumbs, top with crumbs.Refrigerate  until  serving  time,
Will cut  into  squares Perhaps for  Christmas  you should  use  only  red  &  green  jello
