The mulberry tree is a kind of perennial plant that grows naturally in the wild and is cut for tatk
mulberry bark for producing paper. It can grow back by itself, quickly, this does not effect the environment.
The mulberry bark cultivation now provides supplementary incomes for villagers who sell it to manufacturers.
How can make Saa Paper
After cutting mulberry tree we take the bark and lelt in the sun to dry completely. Later, bales of
mulberry are retrieved and soaked in an oversized water for about eight hours before futher boiling, cleaning and
bleaching, discarding any unbleached material, before being transferred to a blender to be thoroughly
blended. The substance is then ready to be made in to sheets of mulberry paper with experienced worker
producing up to two hundred sheets a day . The process involves stirring a vat of blended pulp with a stick before dipping a
fram into it to attract pulp to the frame, adding disigns and colors at this point . Finally, frames dry in the sun for
a couple of hours.
