Challenge Information
If you would like to be part of the 20 lbs for Christmas Challenge, just e-mail me @ [email protected] and I will add you to our challenge page. Most of the people weigh in on Fridays and Saturdays and send their weight loss or gains to me via e-mail at the address listed above. I do send a weekly e-mail out to all group members, kind of a cheering on thing, or a motivational page that someone in the group has found.
Instructions for Registering
Send an e-mail to Pat @ [email protected]
- Include your name (or handle) and the amount of weight you think you have lost since September 1 2001. Or mention that you are starting from the date of sign up, and I will put your start date on the chart.
- E-mail Pat each week with your loss or gain
- I will upload each Saturday afternoon. If I do not have many changes I will upload on Sunday or Monday when everyone has their weights in.
- Don't change you weigh in days. If you weigh in on Tuesdays or what ever just send your weight then.
