"My Friend"

I thank you for being you,
I thank you for being my friend too.
You love to make me smile when I'm down,
For that reason I think you should wear a crown.
Your love for me is so strong,
You make me feel as though I belong.
I thank you for your thoughtfulness,
I thank you for your kindness.
There could NOT be a better friend than you,
I just want to say I love you too.
