| Tex is friggin crazy, there is no other word for it. He is simply the world's craziest, weirdest, freakiest, cannibal who enjoys licking blood, eating liver and onions, and bringing pain. He enjoys waterskiing, skiing, hunting people in the forest, and making brain slurpees. We love tex for his bleached blonde hair and stupid looking cowboy hat. His best moment was the line: "They just keep getting dumer and dumer dont they?" and also... "Shut up stoopid!" and also "I like liver...and onions...and pain!!!" So yes that is the president of headbutters, clearly a good choice considering he is a lot more stubborn than everyone else and is the worst headbutter against the immovable system there ever was because he is a stupid hardhead....
