A BILL TO
Legalize the act of
prostitution by instituting licenses, and requirements for such licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that

1: This act may be cited as “The Prostitution Act of 2004”

2: It is the purpose of this Act is to legalize the act of receiving money for

6: The funding for this program shall come from the taxes on sale of all

beverages, sale of cigarettes, as well as the sale of lottery tickets in some

States. The program shall require one billion dollars
every two years for funding.

7: This bill shall take immediate effect once passed.

laws in conflict with this bill will upon passage be declared null and void.
