Important

The Payment is to be made in advance by a Bank Draft in favour of ROMA PUBLICATIONS (and not by name of the proprietor) drawn on any bank at Chandigarh. Bank charges of two pounds or four dollars for each draft should be added for drafts on Banks outside India. Subscribers in UK may send money by British postal orders.

Foreign banks have raised collection charges of cheques on foreign banks. In one case we had to pay as much as £7 as collection charges on one cheque on a foreign bank. Moreover collection of cheques on foreign banks takes more than two months.

Copies of our publication are sent only by AIR MAIL as our experience has shown that publications sent by surface mail take a long time and in some cases do not reach the addresses at all necessitating dispatch of a second copy.

We have no selling agents in India or abroad. Contact Roma Publications, 3290/15-D, Chandigarh, India, direct.
