Despite what Nick Cooley and Courtney Myers will tell you- this movie is not good. Not by a long shot. And if anyone is planning on seeing this movie and doesn't want me to ruin the ending - then don't bother reading this.

I don't know what's worse about this movie - it's plot (or there lack of) or how it's advertised as a scary movie, but qualifies for every category BUT scary.

The movie starts out slow, a lot of boring talking and other crap you can't understand because it's not interesting to begin with. I figured they're just building the plot and soon enough there will be some horror scenes. The problem was - the movie never went anywhere. It started out slow, stayed slow, and ended slow.

These people live in a village in the middle of the woods...The woods surrounding them was "haunted" to where some monster would jump out and kill them if they ever tried to escape. Forget that this monster was something you could defeat by just throwing a rock at it's head or testicles - nobody bothered to think of that.

The Village was set up so people could live in a non-modern, civilized fashion - while the rest of the world was going on outside of that. Everyone was oblivious to it.

What was the point of the village? - Who cares?
What happened to the village? - Who cares?
Do I know what i'm talking about ? - Who cares?

This movie was garbage...It was advertised as a scary thriller, but it was really a boring, pointless mystery. M. Night Shamlalmaba  is going to win many awards for it too...because everyone who likes this movie is retarded. Another undeserving actor will be Joaquin Phoenix - the only guy who looked more confused than the people watching the movie. He had the same expression throughout the movie - half-dead and dull...then he actually did die about two-thirds way through the movie...after saying about twenty-five words. If he gets an Academy Award for the movie then I should be a billionaire for just watching the damn film.

I thought 'The 6th Sense' was bad...that's a good movie compared to this.
