Patrick was an inmate at Palm Beach County jail for 52 days. The Jail was notifed that he had Hepatitis C. He had certain medication that he needed to take for his liver. The jail did not give him his medicine. The Prison Health Services Inc managed to kill Patrick within 52 days of him being in Jail. The prison did not give him his medicine.
Patrick was an inmate awaiting trial, but before he was even CONVICTED he receieved the Death Sentence. Doctors and Nurses did not take care of this man.
