| I enjoy flying, mostly the civil aviation. It's fun, no matter I am in a Boeing 747-400 or a DC-10. The feeling of being up at 40,000 feet is total different than being on the ground - so peaceful. You can see sunset, sunrise, moon, different landscapes and different cities! It is just unbelievable!!! | |||||||||||||||||||
| As I have home in Hong Kong and Montreal, Canada. I fly a lot between these two cities. My favorite airlines are United Airlines, Air Canada, ANA and Japan Airlines. I usually fly with UA between Hong Kong (HKG) and Chicago (ORD), then transfer for AC flight from Chicago and Montreal (YUL). My favorite landing? Landing on the flight path of runway 24R of YUL and see the Olympic Stadium and Montreal downtown. My take-off? Hong Kong on runway 07L/R, as Kowloon and Hong Kong Island are below me! | |||||||||||||||||||
| I start to play flight sim game when I was ... (God! I could not recall no more). I flied from the Microsoft Flight Simulation 4 up to Flight Sim 2000. (My computer is not compatible enough for Flight Sim 2002). | |||||||||||||||||||
| My airlines career became more "real" starting from last year when I join the Japan Virtual Air Lines in Nordicair. Now I am the Vice President of the group and in charge of the Japan Virtual Air Lines. The game is like you have to follow rules like the real pilots. My base is at Narita (New Tokyo International Airport), Chiba, Japan. I receive assignments to fly Japan, Asia, N. America and Europe. Up to now, I have accumulated more than 900 hours of flight time!!!
