UPDATED 4/21, version 0.5:
Tweaked morale table again, updated turn sequence, and seperated templates from charts.
These are experimental VSF rules developed by the esteemed Colonel Hairy Haggis, Tony, and I over several gaming sessions.
We have leveraged idead from the excellent GASLIGHT rules, but have converted the game to use all d10's and take into account unit formations (close versus skirmish.) Also, we are using an order placment / simultaneous move system that makes multi-player games move much faster.
So far we have a QRS, more detailed rules will follow.
