![]() Being a father, there isn't any other job which is more important and challenging than giving parental care and advice to my two boys. Very often, I have difficulty in getting their attention. Regardless whether they take my advice at the end, I strongly believe that it is still my responsibility to do my part of communicating. One day last winter, I picked up again the practice of writing a message to them once a week. Last time I did this was five years ago. The series of writings was posted and titled as Dear Richard. While reviewing the writings, I felt absolutely wonderful to see our growth in the past five years. This motivated me to start the writing of this series, titled as Hi Richard. Though they might not understand me fully at present, they could always come back here to recall these messages at their own time.
