Looks to employees to help develop and implement new technologies in response to the constantly changing challenges of doing business in the present and future markets.

  4. Interact with clients, engineering, operations, and sales to determine what the product should look like, how the product should be positioned, and how the product should be effectively and smoothly rolled out to the market.
  5. Be the product champion both within the organization and outside the organization and company, and looked upon as the single point of accurate, credible information on products within the corporation.
  6. Have a highly visible position within the company, with significant executive level interaction, both formally and informally.
