Frederick Henry "Day" MARTIN
- Born: 22 Oct 1879, St. George, Bermuda
- Christened: 5 Dec 1879, St. George, Bermuda
- Died: 17 Mar 1955, Church Cottage, St. George, Bermuda at age 75
Day and his younger brother Arthur remained as bachelors, and lived in St.
George throughout their live span. Opposites in disposition, the two brothers
operated a livery service. Both enjoyed a close relationship with their
sisters Mabel and Grace, as well as their brothers-in-law, nephews and nieces
who also remained living in St. Georges. No doubt, both would have visited
their other siblings and their families who lived throughout the Island during
their frequent business trips to Hamilton.
Following their sister Grace's marriage to Henry Nelmes the brothers moved
to Church Cottage where they remained until Day's death..
