The Old Sine Hardware Building, Downtown Glendale, Arizona.

Part of the Glendale downtown renovation effort, this old brick building, built in about 1905 was saved from the brick yard and has now undergone a major facelift. It once belonged to Sine Bros. Hardware, until the city purchased it in 1998. Durrant Architects and Engineers were awarded the contract and have completed the buildings' redesign. Restoration and construction was completed in May 2000.

The building gutted back to its origional structure. About mid-year 1999. Now the renovation can begin. (The sign on the front belonged to the last tenants: Adobe Ceramics.)
