The Fantasico - 60 NM West of Fort Myers Beach or Naples Florida
The Fantastico sank in the No-Name Storm of March 1993 that ripped up the Gulf coast and then blanketed the
SE with huge snow falls. The Fantastico carried 10 crew, 3 were rescued, 4 were found dead, and 3 were
never recovered.  In the visits I've made over the years, the viz has ranged from 10' of gloom to 100' of blue water.
When the viz is down, this wreck is a bit creepy. I think about her crew struggling for their lives in 80 knot winds.
When the viz is good, the jewfish population is almost overwhelming. Laying on her starboard rail, the wheelhouse
is on the stern and intact. The cargo holds are fairly flattened and the bow rises intact from the buckled and
flattened steel plates from the cargo holds.
