for a total of 10 berths.
The forward stateroom has a comfortable island queen berth, ensuite
head and stall shower to port and a cedar-lined closet to starboard. Aft
of the guest stateroom is a spacious galley with Corian counter, full
size refridgerator, trash compactor, double sinks, convection/microwave
and Origo cooktop. Across to starboard is a convertible dinette with
leather cushions. Up to the huge main salon with custom sculpted carpet,
convertible sofa and barrel chair. Teak cabinetry abound with built in
television, stereo system, and lighted bar.
Down to guest stateroom on starboard with slide out double berth.
This stateroom also accommodates the stacked washer/dryer. Opposite to
port is the guest head with separate stall shower. Proceeding aft is the
large master stateroom with island queen berth, ample storage including
custom cabinetry, private head with separate stall shower, cedar-lined
closets and a lighted vanity. There is also a remote color TV.
The huge aft deck (15' X 15') is fully enclosed and carpeted with
hardtop, hardsides with sliding glass, and wing doors. A screened
roll-up curtain covers the stern. There is a wet bar with bottle storage
and Icer-Ette refrigerator and icemaker. Aft deck furniture includes
wicker full size sofa, round table with 4 chairs and
padded storage box.

1989 model, she was sold to her first owner and delivered new in 03/92.
She is exceedingly well equipped and has been in Cleveland, OH until
late 1999 (fresh water) and stored indoors off-season. She has been
maintained by a knowledgeable yachtsman without regard to cost.
Truly a must see for anyone looking for a like new, fully equipped
vessel.
If you are one of those rare, true perfectionist boaters that only
wants the very best, your search has ended. This is truly one of the
nicest 48'Californians in the world.
