| Study Suggestions Grade 6
It is expected that middle school students study every night for each subject. This is an unwritten homework assignment every night. It is also recommended that students spend approximately 15 minutes studying each area. In preparation for a test students might spend more time studying material in a specific subject area when the test is announced. Studying can help performance on tests, quizzes, and other assignments. Below are some suggestions for studying. Use a timer to help organize study time. Set the timer for 15 minutes for each subject unless there is an upcoming test. If a test has been announced, set that subjects timer for 25 minutes.
