Internet Resources of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. The University of Michigan Medical School has a wonderful site with tons and tons of information and links (there is probably a link to every pathology site on earth, it has to be seen to be believed!).  You should really check this one out!

Virtual AutopsyThis is one of my very favorite sites. It is a great learning tool and has wonderful anatomy and physiology tutorials.  You are given a history and get to perform the "virtual" post.  Give it a try, it is a lot of fun and a great learning tool!! Maintained by the University of Leicester, UK.
APB Online News.  Interesting site with news on virtually every crime in the world.  Great sections on serial killers and crime prevention.  Fun to read and always has up to the minute news, often with video.  Give it a try
Zeno's Forensic Page. A staple for any pathology-related page, this site has it all!
Pathfinder Forum.  This is a site developed by Dr. John C. Butt for his private forensic consulting business.  He has some intersting FAQ's and soon he is going to have some case studies posted.  Dr. Butt was once the Chief ME for the Provence of Nova Scotia, where among other things, he spearheaded the indentification effort of the victims of the swissair 111 crash.  Check out Dr. Butt's video about the crash of swissair (RealVideo, aprox 4 minutes) here.
Karen Neves Forensic Resource Page.  If it exists in print, she can find it!  Karen is a librarian at the Kellogg Heath Sciences Library at Dalhousie University.  She has an Master's Degree in Anthropology and a welth of experiences in the field of forensic anthropology.  Karen has links to many sites, including several Listsevrs and
