Sign Board Timing Controller
Microcontroller based intelligent timing controller for Signboard display. The system is based on state of the art 8-bit microcontroller from ATMEL, USA. Two basic models are available to suit customer's requirement.
Intellisign12 is for single signboard display. It provides two programmable slots during 24 hours. User can program to suit his own requirement during evening/night period and then in early morning period. Ex. First slot from 7:30 PM to 1:00 AM and second slot from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM. The dual slot arrangement is useful in saving signboard power during off-peak or no-movement period. The energy saving in turns makes the unit free to user within 8~10 month of operation depending up on signboard power requirement. Unit works on real time clock developed by us in microcontroller firmware. The real time clock requires continuo power, battery and charger arrangement is provided to cater the power need of clock. The battery can provide back up of around 12~15 hours. If main power is not available more then the backup time, user has to set the clock again when power resumes. During backup only clock runs and no Display/ Outputs is available. The unit can switch 230VAC/5 Amps load through in built power relay. Which is sufficient for most of the signboard. Higher rating is available up on request.
