We need three things in order for you to be accepted into our program: 1)Information about you The first two are easy. A form is available for you to fill out. If you fill out the form and mail it to us, you should also call three or four days after mailing it to be sure we received it. We accept collect calls. If no forms are available, simply call. We have extra forms in the office. We can conduct the interview over the phone. The difficult part is usually the deposit. We bill our residents on a weekly basis. The deposit is $490.00, or two weeks of program fees. The entire deposit will be applied to your program fees once you enter the program. The entire deposit will be refunded if you are not allowed into our program. Deposits can be made at our administrative office (address and phone below) by family or friends. We should have credit card capability soon. Once we have completed the interview and received your deposit, a letter will be sent to the appropriate court or representative of the court the day before your court date. If at all possible, a representative of Pate House will make an appearance as well. Understand that we have nothing to do with determining your eligibility for modification, early release, or county funding. We simply notify the courts that if they are willing to release you, we will accept you into our program. All of our men's beds are self-pay beds. Residents are responsible for paying their program fees. |
