Patchwork Puppies places a 1 Year Guarantee on all sold PET QUALITY Puppies against Life Threatening Genetic Defects. This policy shall also include a Grade 3 or Larger Heart Murmur and/or a Liver Shunt that may develop. Excluding Conditions/Factors NOT COVERED: Open Fontanel, Hypoglycemic (Low Sugar), Reproduction Disorders, Undescended Testicles, Mange, Loose Patella or Stenotic Snares. In some instances, we will look at each case as an individual if a condition were to arise. Patchwork Puppies Does Not Guarantee size and/or weight of any puppy as an adult. We can only estimate based on bloodline and current size.
Your puppy MUST have all up to date Shots and Wormings administered as required and recorded by your Veterinarian for any Guarantee to be enforced. ALL Medical findings must be diagnosed by your Veterinarian at OWNERS expense to include an autopsy to determine cause of death if puppy were to die.
Patchwork Puppies does administer required Shot(s) for Parvo, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, Distemper and Corona Virus (DA2PPv) starting at 6 weeks of age and administered every 3 weeks thereafter. All Dewormings are administered starting at 3 weeks of age and continued every week or as needed thereafter. It shall be your responsibility to continue Shots and Wormings (Hook, Round, Pin, Tape) once the puppy is delivered or picked up. Patchwork Puppies also treats for Giardiasis and Coccidiosis prior to any puppy leaving. Since this is an opportunist parasite, either condition can arise during transport, change of home and stress, We DO NOT cover expenses for either one of these conditions if it were to arise.
