"Head 'Em Up!"
This here's where the horseshoe meets the trail. Before you can get to planting, you have to decide what will grow for you. Even more important, you have to decide what you want to eat! No sense growing stuff just to chuck it in the compost pile, is there?
Once you figure up what you want to eat, you get to pick out what will grow in your area. In the USA, your extension service can be a heap of help there. They are likely to have a sheet of recommended varieties, and typical planting dates for your county, to boot! Be sure to contact your extension office (or local equivalent) for the valuable information they'll send (probably at no charge to you).
This here's where we'll corral all them fine fruits and veggies. They mostly ain't wrote up yet, so I'll just show you what is working. (Bet y'all weren't real surprised.):
- Tomato They all kinda different tomatoes - so let's cut the confusion some.
