Full & Part-Time Positions
Prep Artist/Line (Un)Cook: Prepare our appetizers, wraps and dishes with great focus on artistic presentation. Learn to make all of our basic sauces.
Counter/Front Help: Handle take-out, juice bar, teas, desserts, soups, etc. May wait on customers or hostess.
Waitress: Should have a basic understanding of nutrition, benefits of organic raw foods, and the ingredients and preparation of our cuisine. Some knowledge/experience in Prep Artist and Counter position is pre-requisite . It takes a little orientation time to be ready to be an Ambassador for our concept.
Assistant Chef: Dessert & Specialties Prep - Cookies, pies, "pizza crusts", sun crackers, veggie burgers and falafel. Also learn to make all of our sauces and specials. Prep Artist position and/or training is a pre-requisite.
