By placing an order with me either from this site or from eBay, you agree to the following.
1) Orders are not processed until payment is received. This means there is no guarantee your ordered item will be in stock. However every effort will be made to list items as sold out on the site when they are. (eBay items are always in stock)
2) All purchases are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges once your order payment is received. The exception is when a patch is out of stock in which case your order will be put on hold until the item is restocked or, if not restocked, you select another item of equal or lesser value.
3) I am not responsible for items that are undeliverable, lost or damaged in shipping. You may purchase insurance at additional cost.
4) The order form must be included with your payment if paying by mail.
5) All payments are at your own risk. I am not responsible for lost or stolen payments (please contact the appropriate agency to deal with that).
6) Payment methods are cash, money order, or PayPal. PayPal only for international orders! Sorry, personal checks are no longer accepted via mail.
7) Shipping is done with the USPS, first class for domestic orders and airmail letter/parcel post for international orders. Upgrade at your expense.
8) No change is made on payments, please pay in full or round up to the nearest dollar amount, unless otherwise arranged.
9) Custom charges are separate and are your responsibility for all orders requiring them. Custom slips are only added at the request of the post office.
10) None of the information posted on this website may be used without permission. The exception is my banner ads which you may use to link to my page (please save it to your own server).
11) Money Orders and other payments needing a name MUST be made out to me in my name. If you fail to do so (or send an invalid payment), you will have to send me another payment with a $10 handling fee added on.
