Provider will be paid 52 weeks of the year, including a two-week vacation. |

Provider will have the following holidays off: Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day; Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, ,Thanksgiving plus day and Christmas Day. |
