Sybelia Antoinette Currie was the third child of W. C. and Hester Ann Selser Richards Currie. She was born 5/12/1854; died, 12/18/1877. Sybelia married John H. Riley. Together they had two boys Jamie and George, (pictured below). Also, a Hester Ann Riley died June 2nd 1887 is believed to have been their daughter. She would have been about 10 years old when she died.
At this time, I have not found Sybelia's resting place, nor that of her children, but suspect they are near Neely Plantation site. Her sister Kate mentions Sybelia her in her poem, Dreams of My Childhood
"...And they fitted a slab of granite
O'er the young face now free from pain."
