TAPPER, Grace - Passed peacefully away at home, in the presence of her loving family, on October 21, 1998, Grace Tapper, age 94; daughter of the late Eli and Eliza Thorne. Predeceased by her husband Henry (1984). She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by her three children; daughter Jean; sons: Henry and Graham; and her three loving grandchildren: Paula Dodd (husband Paul), Lesley Tapper, Geoffrey Tapper and darling great-granddaughter Taylore Grace Dodd; also dear sister-in-law Edna Thorne of Torbay and Emmie Thorne of Stanton, California; and special family friend Betty McKerracher of Hamilton, Ontario; as well as nieces, nephews and friends. The family will be receiving friends at Carnell`s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday from 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Funeral Service from St. Nicholas` Anglican Church, Torbay on Saturday, October 24, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at St. Nicholas` Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to St. Nicholas` Anglican Memorial Fund.
