Foremost and important concerning a pastor is the ability to "feed the flock! While other things are important, nothing can be more important then the preached word of God. For how can they hear without a preacher? The ministry of the word is going to determine the strength of the church. The Holy Spirit Within & Upon - Did you know there was a difference between the Holy Spirit being within you and upon you? In John chapters 3 and 7 Jesus talked about two separate experiences involving the Holy Ghost. In John 3 He said it would be a well, in John 7 He described it as living waters that flow out of your belly. Find out the difference between the two in this teaching.

Healing: God's Will - Does God heal today? Some believe He does sometimes but not always. Some believe that He only heals through modern medicine and doctors. Before anyone can claim a right to healing, they must know the mind of God concerning God's willingness to heal them (not others, but them). Can you know for sure God wants to heal you? Maybe He wants you to suffer for a hidden cause or purpose unbeknown to you or others. The Bible emphatically states, "My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge..." (Hos.4:6). This would certainly be true in the case of healing if it is God's will, and you think it is not.

Gethsemane, The Cross, & The Tomb - Jesus is our pattern, and as His life goes or went, so does ours. Every Believer will have a Gethsemane, Cross, and Tomb experience. The Gethsemane experience is where we lay it all on the line, the place of consecration and dedication. If you don't consecrate, you will never dedicate. Don't be like the disciples and fall asleep in the garden when you should be praying. Why? Because the Cross is coming! And if you didn't have a good Gethsemane experience, you will save yourself and come down off the cross. And if you come down off the cross you will never experience resurrection power in your life.

Perceiving The Grace - And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace.... (Gal.2:9). Did you know the Bible speaks of more then one type of grace? According to the dictionary the word "grace" means divine unmerited assistance. There is a ministry grace spoken of over in Romans twelve that is not like saving grace. You don't have to perceive saving grace, but you do ministry grace. For this one reason alone many have missed out on God's best because they couldn't perceive the divine unmerited assistance that God had placed in their fellow brother or sister. Do you perceive the grace?

SUDDENLY!- And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a mighty rushing wind.... (Acts 2:2). I love this word "suddenly!" In this present "word and faith" dispensation, we have become so engulfed with working the principles of the word that we are forgetting that God is still a God of "Suddenly!" Thank God for the principles and "twelve steps to prospering" and "six steps to divine healing" and the "three keys to prayer" but when it comes to "shut-off" notices coming in my mail, I don't need the "twelve steps" or "three keys" I need some SUDDENLY! God is still a God of the Suddenly! Find out how you can get God moving suddenly for you and your church.

Religiously Saved or Truly Saved - There is a tragedy happening! People are dying and going to hell on a daily bases thinking they are saved. This is one of my very first writings grown out of a burden heart to communicate to people what REAL salvation is. You'd be surprised how many people don't know what it really means to be saved. Many think that just because they go to church (any denomination) that they are saved. Or because they pay their tithes or sing in the choir they are saved. But nothing could be farther from the truth. Going to church doesn't anymore make you save then sitting in your garage makes you a car! It's what's in the heart that counts. My personal testimony of how I was delivered from alcohol and drugs is in this teaching.

Understanding What you Know - Do you understand what you know? Many in the body of Christ know a lot, but understand very little! Are you willing to pay the price for getting understanding? It definitely has a price, and many or not willing to pay it. But according to the Bible if you get it, riches and honor are in her right hand. Knowledge is that that educates us, wisdom is the ability to use that knowledge, and understanding is what you get when you do.

The High Price of Ignorance - Ever heard the saying, "What you don't know won't hurt you?" According to God and the Bible, what you don't know could get you killed or destroyed! Ignorance is very costly! We pay for our ignorance on a daily bases. Do you know why you don't make the salary of a doctor? You don't know what a doctor knows! Do you know why you don't make the salary of a lawyer? You don't know what a lawyer knows! Do you know why you don't make the salary of a business executive? You don't know what a business executive knows! So they get all of your money because you're paying them for your ignorance, and their intelligence. Beloveth so it is with God and the Bible, you can miss out on God's best simply because you don't know!

Right & Wrong Thinking - What do you think? What�s on your mind? Most people let any and everything run through their minds never ever giving any real thought to just how dangerous it could be. The mind is the door way to your spirit. Over in the book of Proverbs we are admonished to �keep our hearts with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.� (Prv.4:23) Whatever get into your heart will control your life, and the mind is the door way to your heart. YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK! Examine your life very closely and you will see that there is a reality in Prv.23:7, �For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he��. You see if you think right, you will believe right! The reason why you can�t overcome is because you don�t THINK you can! The reason why you are not healed is because you don�t THINK you can get healed! The reason why you are the last, the least, and the lost is because that is what you THINK! The first step of real deliverance begins with ONE THOUGHT, just like the first step of demon possession started with ONE THOUGHT!

Is There a Beam In Your Eye? - Most people have beams in their eyes and don�t know it. Ask most white and black people today if they are prejudice and they will emphatically tell you no! �They don�t have a prejudice bone in their body.� But the word �prejudice� is simply the word �judge� with a prefix on it, which actually means to come to a conclusion on a matter without sufficient enough evidence. How many times have we judged a person, place, or thing based upon limited knowledge? Of course I know none of you ever did that! But if you�ve been like me and have had it happen every now and then, you have a prejudice or a beam in your eye! This teaching will help you come to recognize and understand what beams are, and what happens when they go undetected.
