I like to say my rosary
and let me tell you why
I’m so in touch with Jesus
as the lovely beads go by

Our lady, Mary, leads me though
the mysteries, one by one
which tell the story of the life
of her most holy son

I try to say my rosary
as often as I can
because it helps me learn to live
according to God’s plan

the church gave us the rosary
so long ago, you see,
and I’m so very thankful that
it is still here for me
