Welcome: to this the first issue of the Dryton Athletic broadsheet. Although there will not be a fixed period of publication, we will use this newsletter to update you on what is happening and also to provide information on planned events.

Skittles Evening: Although a long time ago, we would like to thank you for coming and i hope you enjoyed yourselves. (I did!!) During the course of the year, we will look for other reasons for other social events. Thanks to Mandy Hawke for organising the evening.

Training Weekend: This was a great success (albeit tiring!). After three hours of football outside, followed by a supper of fish and chips, the lads continued to play football indoors for a further 3 hours.

Tracksuit Top: A suggestion from the boys was that they liked the idea of a team tracksuit top. Mick brought a sample to the training weekend which the boys very much liked. The idea is for a tracksuit top with a badge for our club. The cost of these is about £20.

Tour: This is looking good. We have 13 or 14 players plus approximately 15 others wishing to take part. We are now making provisional bookings so that we can confirm dates in the next few weeks. At this time you will receive a letter, requesting confirmation of numbers and a deposit.
