Ed has suffered greatly from the sheer agresiveness of B Division football and Barry screaming at him non-stop from the touchline. I think that Ed has come in for a lot of un-just criticism and has taken it quite well. Many a time he has been blamed for not going in strongly enough in the tackle but Ed isn't an aggressive player. He is a very skillful player on the ball who can pass well and can create openings out of nothing but he is probably the only member of Drayton who hasn't adapted to the pace and passion of the B Division. Ed was one of the stars of Clanfield's promotion season spraying passes all over the pitch but he hasn't been able to re-create that kind of performance stuck on the left-wing. Ed also lacks a yard or two of pace but he is a determined and passionate member of the team but may well lose his place in the first-team this season despite a promising start.
